About the Role

We are an actively growing eyewear brand currently driving B2B and D2C sales through Meta advertising and WhatsApp. We are looking for a highly adaptable Customer Sales Executive to manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle from converting inbound B2B leads into paying customers to managing their dispatching orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound B2B leads generated via Meta ads and WhatsApp.
• Execute consistent and structured follow-ups to convert inquiries into active buying customers.
• Handle ongoing customer queries, resolve product questions, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Take full, hands-on responsibility for the physical packaging of eyewear orders.
• Manage the dispatch process, coordinate with shipping partners, and ensure timely delivery of all outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily records of all B2B sales, client communications, and dispatch logs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication: Strict fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required to handle B2B negotiations and professional customer support.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in managing spreadsheets, email, and WhatsApp Business.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new e-commerce skills, specifically regarding B2C marketplace management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce operations is an advantage, particularly in the fashion or eyewear industry.
