About the Role
GoKario is a voice-first marketplace connecting scaling startups with independent experts on demand. We are looking for an Outbound GTM Intern to help put GoKario in front of founders, sales leaders, and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build target lists of founders, vertical heads, and scaling teams at startups (primarily pre-seed to series-B).
- Write and run outbound campaigns on LinkedIn and email, from the first message to task posting or discovery calls.
- Test different angles, messages, and audiences, and track results.
- Talk to prospects to understand their challenges and bring that feedback to the team.
- Help shape the outreach playbook, collateral, and follow-up sequences.
- Work directly with the founders.
What You'll Learn
- How a startup finds its first customers from the inside.
- Effective outbound strategies: targeting, copywriting, sequencing, and follow-up.
- How to run a sales conversation and handle objections.
- Tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- You write clearly and are comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- You are curious about startups, growth, and sales.
- You are organized, follow up on tasks, and are self-motivated.
- You can accept feedback and iterate on your work quickly.
- You have experience with Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM.
Qualifications
- Students, recent graduates, and career switchers are welcome.
- Hustle counts more than a degree.
- Good to have: Previous experience in sales, outreach, community management, or as a campus ambassador.
- Good to have: Experience using AI tools for research, writing, or workflow optimization.
- Good to have: Proficiency in more than one Indian language.
Additional Details

- Location: Remote
- Duration: 3 to 6 months
- Stipend: Unpaid for the first two months. A variable stipend, mutually agreed upon based on performance, will be eligible starting from month three. Outstanding performance may trigger early stipend eligibility.
- Strong interns will be considered for a full-time role.
