About the Role

The Business Development Associate – (US Market) will focus on identifying and nurturing growth opportunities for Bhanzu within the United States. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research on the US education and edtech sectors, and supporting outreach campaigns to drive new partnerships and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads.
• Conduct market research on the US education and edtech sectors.

• Prepare and deliver clear presentations and demos to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to refine value propositions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Build strong communication channels with stakeholders.
• Contribute to data-driven strategies that expand Bhanzu’s presence in the US market.

• Presentation Skills: Experience creating and delivering effective presentations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in edtech or education services.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• International market exposure is an advantage.
