Room Attendant

About the Role

CM ROYAL PALACE is seeking a full-time, on-site Room Attendant based in Bilaspur.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms.
• Making beds, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Replenishing room amenities.
• Cleaning bathrooms.
• Handling linen and laundry.
• Removing trash.
• Reporting maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintaining housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Following established cleaning procedures.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Interacting with guests and responding to requests.
• Supporting a friendly, efficient service environment.

Qualifications

• Strong housekeeping and clean rooms skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Laundry handling skills, including sorting, washing, drying, and proper care of linens and towels.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Reliability, time management, and the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is beneficial.
• Basic literacy and numeracy are preferred.
• Readiness to work flexible shifts is preferred.
