The Role

We are looking for a Software Testing / QA Intern to test our live website and help us make the product smoother, simpler and better for users.

What You'll Do

• Test website UI, UX and complete user journeys
• Map and document user flows across different products
• Identify bugs, broken journeys, navigation issues and UX gaps
• Test across different browsers, devices and screen sizes
• Explore competitor websites to understand how they handle navigation, features and user journeys
• Use AI tools to create test cases, identify edge cases and improve test coverage
• Document issues with clear steps, screenshots/videos and recommendations
• Retest fixes and verify that issues are resolved

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to think from a real user's perspective
• Good understanding of websites and user journeys
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Curiosity to explore products and identify problems
• Interest in QA, UI/UX and consumer technology
• Prior testing experience is a plus, but not mandatory
