About the Role

We are looking for a curious, enthusiastic and business-minded individual who enjoys understanding problems, experimenting with AI and interacting with people. You will work with business owners and their teams to understand their challenges, explore solutions, create working prototypes using AI-assisted tools, demonstrate those solutions, gather feedback and help translate business needs into software requirements. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine business understanding, AI and technology rather than focus exclusively on coding or sales.

What You Will Do

• Understand Business Problems
• Interact with clients and understand their existing workflows.
• Ask relevant questions to identify challenges, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Document current processes and expected business outcomes.
• Explore and Build AI-Powered Solutions
• Use AI tools to research possible solutions and improve workflows.
• Create simple web applications, mock-ups, automation demonstrations or working prototypes.
• Test the prototypes and explain how they address the identified problem.
• Engage with Clients
• Participate in client meetings and visit client offices when required.
• Demonstrate solutions, explain workflows and collect feedback.
• Refine prototypes based on client feedback.
• Define Software Requirements
• Prepare requirement documents, user flows, feature lists and acceptance criteria.
• Identify user roles, business rules, integrations and exceptions.
• Work with the technical team to validate feasibility, estimate effort and prepare proposals.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Candidates from other academic backgrounds with demonstrated practical use of AI tools, strong communication skills and problem-solving ability are also welcome to apply.

• Candidates with relevant projects, AI-assisted application development experience or demonstrated business problem-solving ability will be preferred over candidates selected solely on academic qualifications.

Salary

• ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on demonstrated skills.
