Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. This well-structured program aims to provide in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. The program is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Have an active driver's license.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• A business or otherwise related academic major.
• A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
