This role focuses on ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all customer-facing communications, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and proofread short campaign messages, updates, and informational materials.
• Help keep event and outreach materials accurate and consistent.
• Speak with customers and attendees, explain information clearly, and listen to their questions.
• Share useful feedback with colleagues and flag details that need correction.
• Maintain organized notes, content versions, and deadlines.
• Follow up with teammates so approved materials are ready when needed.
