At CubeSmart, the culture makes the difference. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining stores within your district, requiring skills in both customer service and property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.

Interact face-to-face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.

Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.

Perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.

Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, and accept payments utilizing the Point-of-Sale System (POS).

Complete daily bank deposits.

Make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.

Property Maintenance

Perform daily walks of the property.

Clean units and store grounds.

Open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs.).

Maintain the facility, including mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar activities.

Keep a clean and safe storage facility to ensure conditions meet company guidelines (e.g., clean restrooms, neat landscaping and parking areas, clean storage doors, and neat decluttered office space).

Qualifications
- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
- A self-driven mindset with a strong operational focus.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
- Ability to work Saturdays.
- Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
Compensation
- Hourly pay rate: $17.51-$19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Some locations may require Sunday hours.
