Junior Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is an innovative, fast-growing global cosmetics and beauty consumer packaged goods (CPG) enterprise specializing in high-growth eye makeup and falsie portfolios. We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and detail-oriented entry-level Junior Product Manager to lead category strategy and planning for our lash portfolio.

In this foundational role, you will drive brand growth across major retail networks and digital channels by identifying product assortment opportunities, shaping localized go-to-market strategies, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure consistent execution across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term lash category strategy aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
• Identify new white space opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
• Monitor global beauty and lash trends, social media metrics, influencer movements, and consumer behaviors.
• Track competitor product launches, regional pricing, and packaging updates to ensure differentiation and market leadership.
• Support end-to-end product development from concept to launch, including ideation, packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
• Manage development timelines and maintain alignment across internal divisions, including R&D, packaging, sourcing, design, sales, and logistics.
• Partner with Sales and Retail Engagement teams to tailor product assortments and promotional strategies by retailer and channel.
• Prepare product presentations, concept mocks, and sell-in decks for retailer reviews and pitch meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience: Entry-level (0 to 2 years of corporate experience). Prior internships or project experience within cosmetics marketing, CPG product management, retail merchandising, or beauty brand operations is highly valued.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion/Beauty Merchandising, International Trade, or an equivalent corporate discipline.
• Core Competencies: A fierce passion for the beauty industry, strong data organization habits, exceptional presentation skills, and the agility to navigate multiple project timelines simultaneously.

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 / year
