As a technician, you will be trained to lead the charge for a world-class customer experience, educating and connecting more Americans with every home you visit. You are the backbone of the organization and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
- Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
- Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Physical Ability:
- Climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
- Lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit.
- Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience.
- Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot.
- Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
- Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.
Qualifications
- Compensation: $22.50/Hour
- Paid Training provided, including:
- Clear, step-by-step guidance for installations and service.
- Smart home tech knowledge to support and educate customers.
