Junior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Build real features across our frontend, mobile app, and backend.
- Work with React/React Native, Python/FastAPI, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop APIs and database queries.
- Fix real production issues reported by teachers and users.
- Write tests and participate in code reviews.
- Learn how systems serving millions of users are deployed, monitored, and scaled.
- Work closely with senior engineers and the CTO.
- Gradually take ownership of complete features.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong programming fundamentals.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Basic knowledge of Python and backend/API development.
- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of Git fundamentals.
- Ability to read, understand, and debug existing code.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.
Good to Have
- React Native or Android development.
- REST APIs.
- Redis or asynchronous processing.
- Docker.
- Experience deploying your own projects.
- Interest in education or public-impact technology.
Salary Range: 5.00 - 6.00 LPA
