Associate Product Owner, CRM

About the Role

At Trendwick, you will serve as the liaison between clients and developers, demonstrating products, understanding client needs, and documenting them for the development team. No coding or technical knowledge is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live product demos to clients worldwide via video calls.
• Gather client requirements by understanding their needs and challenges.
• Create user stories, articulating each requirement in a concise sentence.
• Communicate client needs to developers and testers, addressing their queries.
• Assist the Product Manager in prioritizing features for development.
• Test new features to ensure they meet client specifications before launch.
• Provide clients with updates on their feature status and usage instructions.
• Maintain CRM records (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) for all client interactions.
• Follow up with clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, or chat.
• Submit brief weekly reports on demos, client requests, and feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken English and at least one Indian language.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to present product demonstrations effectively.
• Client Handling: Aptitude for managing client interactions.
• Requirement Gathering: Skill in eliciting client needs.
• User Story Writing: Proficiency in documenting requirements as user stories.
• CRM Tools: Experience or willingness to learn Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Spreadsheet Software: Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in speaking with others and patience in listening.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills including email and word processing.
• Flexibility: Availability for live demos at various times due to a global client base.
• Full training will be provided for products and tools.
