About the Role

The Field Recruiter role at Salad Days is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and hiring team members for operations, delivery, and support functions through local channels, job boards, referrals, and field outreach.
• Coordinating interviews.
• Managing candidate communication.
• Supporting onboarding activities to ensure new hires are prepared for success.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• Providing regular updates on hiring progress and market insights.
• Representing Salad Days positively in the local talent market.
• Ensuring recruitment practices are fair, inclusive, and aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in food services, retail, or delivery-focused businesses.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct local outreach, and build relationships with training institutes, community networks, and recruitment vendors.
• Organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate records, track metrics, and meet hiring timelines.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, applicant tracking or recruitment platforms) and reporting.
• Understanding of fair, non-discriminatory hiring practices and commitment to creating an inclusive candidate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs and operational priorities.
