Information Technology Specialist

About the Role

The Information Technology Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The specialist will manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including network devices, servers, and end-user systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Implement security controls such as firewalls, access policies, and patch management.
• Provide timely technical support to internal stakeholders.
• Document procedures and incidents.
• Assist with system upgrades and IT projects.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Network Administration and Network Security, including configuration, monitoring, and securing routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Broad Information Technology knowledge, including operating systems, hardware, software, and common enterprise applications.
• Solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently across network and system environments.
• Effective Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, support users, and manage requests professionally.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to collaborate within a diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA) and experience with enterprise security tools are beneficial.
