Work You'll Do

You will work on multiple projects across industries to help organizations manage and mitigate risk, improve operational performance, and maximize enterprise value. This role involves designing, implementing, assessing, and supporting risk management; providing advisory services; and assisting in restructuring programs, reengineering processes, and frameworks.

Specific activities include:

• Providing a range of accounting and reporting services to enhance financial reporting and operational excellence.
• Assisting companies in understanding, assessing the impact of, and operationalizing complex accounting and reporting changes due to evolving regulations, new accounting standards, corporate actions, and capital market transactions.
• Driving operational efficiencies in financial close and reporting processes through technology-enabled solutions.
• Supporting risk assessment for clients, including identifying prioritized risks/audits, planning audit approaches and scopes, preparing audit programs, determining auditing procedures, and completing the audit process using internal audit standards.
• Creating internal control documentation, including narratives, process and data flows, and supporting work papers.
• Conducting client interviews, communication, and follow-ups.
• Supporting internal audit activities, including scoping, planning procedures, issuing requests, coordinating documentation, reviewing draft conclusions, managing action plans, and issuing client reports.
• Performing Mergers & Acquisitions related analysis of income statement trends, working capital, seasonality, cash and financial debt positions, and evaluating liabilities, including off-balance sheet items or contingent liabilities.
• Providing financial consulting services for business valuation of various liabilities and assets, including intangible assets, property, and complex securities, using US GAAP-compliant valuation techniques. This includes creating financial models, conducting industry research, and writing reports.
• Applying general knowledge of technologies used in complex IT environments and facilitating the use of technology-based tools or methodologies for reviewing, designing, and implementing products and services.
• Demonstrating understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related regulatory and compliance standards.
• Exercising professional skepticism, judgment, and adhering to the code of ethics.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) - Rank Holder in CA Final will be preferred.
