About the Role

A full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end accounting operations.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Managing the general ledger.
• Supervising the finance team.
• Coordinating audits.
• Monitoring internal controls.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyzing financial performance.
• Providing insights to leadership.
• Implementing process improvements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Accounting and Finance, including knowledge of core accounting principles and corporate finance practices.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and compliance with IFRS standards.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Proficiency with financial systems and ERP tools, and comfort working with spreadsheets and financial models.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Prior experience in a Corporate Financial Controller or senior finance role, preferably within consulting or corporate environments, is an advantage.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or a master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field are highly beneficial.
