About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Optometrist role based in the Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations, including refraction, binocular vision testing, and screening for common ocular conditions.
• Prescribe lenses.
• Advise patients on lens options and visual aids.
• Interpret diagnostic data from advanced ZEISS equipment.
• Collaborate with the optical sales team to ensure accurate dispensing.
• Maintain clinical records.
• Follow established clinical protocols and hygiene standards.
• Educate patients on eye health.
• Provide follow-up care as needed.
• Support continuous improvement in clinical and customer service processes.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree or diploma in Optometry from an accredited institution.
• Valid registration or eligibility to register with relevant professional bodies.
• Sales knowledge will be an added advantage.
