Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat & email.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory.
- Comfortable with Night Shifts & Rotational Shifts.
- Freshers and candidates with minimum 6 months of experience are preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate – All streams eligible.
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers Salary: 22,000 – 27,000 in-hand.
- Experienced Salary: 32,000 – 50,000 in-hand.
- CTC: 3.5 LPA – 6.7 LPA.
