Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic.
• Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Automate operational tasks using Python, Shell Scripting, Go, PowerShell.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
• Support cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Define and monitor SLI, SLO, and SLA metrics.
• Perform capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Ensure system security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance.
• Develop self-healing and auto-remediation solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application stability.
