AV Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site AV Engineer role based in New Delhi. The AV Engineer will configure, install, and integrate audio-visual systems for corporate environments, including boardrooms, conference rooms, training centers, and collaboration spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and test video conferencing equipment, digital signage solutions, and related AV infrastructure.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand requirements.
• Prepare documentation such as system diagrams and configuration reports.
• Support user training and handover.
• Ensure all systems meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Deliver reliable, user-friendly experiences.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong expertise in Audio Visual (AV) Systems and AV Integration.
• Hands-on skills in Video Conferencing platforms and equipment (configuration, optimization, user support).
• Practical experience with Digital Signage systems (content deployment, scheduling, display management).
• Proficient Troubleshooting abilities across AV hardware, software, connectivity, and network-related issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, system schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work effectively on-site and in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying solutions in corporate or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of leading AV and collaboration brands (e.g., Crestron, CISCO, Polycom, Harman, Biamp, Kramer) is highly beneficial.
• Relevant technical qualification in electronics, telecommunications, information technology, or a related field.
• Industry certifications in AV or networking are an advantage.
