About the Role

We’re looking for consultants in the cyber security team to work on various Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for our customers across the globe. The professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with the leadership/management on a timely basis. As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to architect IGA solutions using Saviynt.
• Ability to drive IGA projects including project management, team management, client management.
• Should have experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagements projects. This must include activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and application support.
• Engineer, develop and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA tool.
• Develop and Build new application Integration, Account and Entitlement Connectors and perform periodic certification reviews in the Saviynt Platform.
• Experience in development phase for Saviynt components: Build Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, Segregation of Duties.
• Good knowledge in the configuring of workflows in Saviynt IGA tool.
• Good knowledge of configuring birthright rules for user onboarding workflows.
• Involved in creation of XML jobs in Saviynt IGA tool.
• Experience in implementation process, built and deployment in Saviynt process.
• Report any identified risks within engagements.
• Share any issues and updates with leadership/management on a timely basis.
• Confirm that work is of the highest quality as per EY’s quality standards.
• Create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members.

Qualifications

• Should have experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagements projects.
• Good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries.
• Professional IT certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
