About the Role

The Westin Tempe is looking for a FT - AM Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our amazing Housekeeping Team! This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms while providing prompt, courteous service to ensure an exceptional guest experience. As a Room Attendant, you will be the key part of delivering both Marriott and Crescent's high standards of hospitality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• English communication ability.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Willingness to “pitch-in” and help co-workers; be a team player.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment.
• Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head to perform cleaning tasks, and work in confined spaces.

Schedule

• AM shifts including weekends and holidays.
