About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand business requirements, analyze data, document processes, and support the implementation of business solutions. Freshers with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and other project documentation.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for business decision-making.
• Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, documenting issues, and validating business requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and project discussions.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis when required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of flowcharts, process mapping, and use cases is preferred.
• Exposure to dashboards, KPIs, and business reporting is preferred.
• Internship, academic project, or certification experience in business analysis is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations, or a related role.
• Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
