Guest Service Associate – Housekeeping

We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate to join our Housekeeping team. In this role, you’ll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and assigned public areas according to hotel standards.
• Prepare rooms for arrivals and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property, and any safety concerns to the appropriate team.
• Handle housekeeping supplies and equipment carefully and keep work areas organized.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to support smooth guest service.
• Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, safety, and guest privacy.

What we’re looking for

• A courteous, service-minded approach and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage; training can be provided.
