Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic & Visual Content Designer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the visual branding and creative content creation for our portfolio of boutique hotels and resorts. You will design digital marketing assets, edit short-form promotional videos, and utilize modern AI visual tools to elevate campaign quality and speed up production. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye for luxury and hospitality aesthetics, excellent video editing skills, hands-on experience with AI design tools, and strong communication skills to collaborate smoothly with marketing teams and property stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Visual Marketing Assets

• Conceptualize and create high-converting digital marketing assets, including social media creatives, Meta ad visuals, promotional banners, email newsletters, hotel factsheets, menu designs, and single-page website visuals.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints for multiple boutique hotels and resorts under our portfolio.

• Translate campaign briefs, promotional offers, and holiday packages into visually striking collateral.

• Video Editing & Reels Production

• Edit engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, property walkthroughs, event highlights, and promo clips).

• Incorporate seamless transitions, audio syncing, typography, motion graphics, color grading, and captivating captions to maximize retention.

• Structure video narratives that showcase guest experiences, resort ambiance, and destination appeal.

• AI Tool Integration & Workflow Optimization

• Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, Photoshop Generative Fill, ElevenLabs, Runway) to generate background assets, extend visual ideas, and streamline content production.

• Stay updated with emerging AI tools for image/video generation and enhancements to keep our creative workflows modern and fast.

• Collaboration & Communication

• Communicate design concepts, creative direction, and campaign timelines clearly with marketing managers, operations leads, and clients.

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to align visual creatives with paid ad strategies and campaign goals.

• Take constructive feedback positively and adapt designs quickly in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in graphic design and video editing (experience with hospitality, lifestyle, or travel brands is a plus).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or video reel demonstrating work across social media creatives, ad banners, short-form video editing, and AI-assisted visual design.
• Tools & Software:
• Design & Video: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva.
• AI Tools: Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI platforms (Midjourney, Photoshop Generative AI, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively.
• Mindset: Visual storytelling capability, high attention to detail, time management, and eagerness to adopt modern visual technologies.
