About the Role

ipx.works is a creative technology company focused on producing high-quality visual content and media solutions. This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Hyderabad. The Video Editor will work closely with creative and production teams to edit raw footage into polished videos for various formats, including social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and assemble footage.
• Apply color correction and grading.
• Create and integrate motion graphics.
• Ensure audio and visual quality standards are met.
• Collaborate on storyboards.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual narratives.
• Manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Maintain consistent branding.
• Follow project guidelines.
• Proactively suggest improvements to workflows and visual styles.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Video Production skills (planning, shooting fundamentals, understanding of production workflows).
• Advanced Video Editing skills (timeline management, cutting, transitions, pacing) using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Video Color Grading skills.
• Motion Graphics and Graphics skills using tools such as After Effects or similar software.
• Familiarity with different video formats, codecs, and export settings.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to interpret creative briefs and feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Hyderabad.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant experience as a Video Editor or a portfolio demonstrating video editing, color grading, and motion graphics work.
• A diploma or degree in film, media, design, or a related field is an added advantage.
