Executive, Customer Support

Location: Pune / Mumbai (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Reporting To: VP – Marketing & Sales

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

The Executive – Customer Support will be responsible for supporting customer onboarding, lead conversion, transaction booking, and customer communication across multiple channels. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and effective follow-up to ensure smooth customer experiences and successful transaction completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company’s products, website, mobile application, and internal processes.
• Handle customer communications through WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Business API (WABA).
• Conduct calls with customers and partners to provide assistance and address queries.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely completion of transactions.
• Support customer onboarding and documentation activities.
• Maintain service quality and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Commerce, Business Communication, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to communicate persuasively and follow up effectively with customers.
• Basic understanding of mobile applications and digital platforms.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work from the office in Pune or Mumbai.
