About the Role
Piramal Pharma Solutions is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) offering end-to-end development and manufacturing solutions across the drug life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Pharma plant production operations in compliance to cGMP requirements.
- Recovered Imidazole stock monitoring and arranging the stock as per the requirement.
- Specific Solvents pH checking and recording in register on daily basis.
- Data collection and recording.
- Cross checking Recovered solvent and mother liquor stock availability in book stock with physical stock.
- Reporting near miss, incidents/accidents to the authorities concerned in time.
- Maintaining GMP in process and following safety procedures.
- Preparing work permits for Mechanical maintenance, Electrical and Instrumentation.
- Instructing helpers and supervising jobs.
- Ensuring good housekeeping in the work area.
- Ensuring safety in process and in the work area.
- Issuing distilled solvent in drums to other plants safely.
- Assisting SRU Team members in shift activities.
