Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from healthcare providers to resolve claims-related issues.
- Identify and escalate complex cases to senior team members for further assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Authorize or deny claims based on eligibility verification and policy terms.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- US healthcare insurance voice process experience.
- CRM software.
- Good English Verbal Communication is mandatory.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in US Health Insurance, Claims, AR calling, benefits administration, claims processing, life insurance, or US healthcare insurance voice process.
- Strong understanding of healthcare BPO operations and regulations (US Healthcare).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively over phone calls.
- Ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Location: Base Location Kochi (work from Home)
