• Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST - Flexible

Role Scope

Support an international client's finance and accounting operations. Manage accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, tax compliance, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the execution team and prepare reports as required by the CFO.
• Prepare and monitor the Cash Flow Statement and its related tasks.
• Analyze weekly expense reporting and report on variances.
• Check and post Ledger entries as required for week-end close.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for review.
• Perform monthly Balance sheet reconciliation and scrutinize/reconcile key accounts (e.g., inventory, fixed assets).
• Analyze AP and AR aging reports during vendor and client account reviews.
• Prepare tax reports & tax returns.
• Assist in month-end close by supporting the finance team.
• Prepare Management reports for the group company.
• Analyze actual vs. budget figures and provide variance commentary.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA Qualified / CA Dropout
• Must have appeared for CA Finals at least once.
• Minimum 0-2 years of accounting experience; articleship experience is a must.
• Experience with International accounting standards and tax regulations is an edge.
• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and reconciliations.

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
