Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with NoBroker services.
- Explain products and convert leads into sales.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection (for WFH).
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi or any Regional Language English (Compulsory), Kannada, Tulu, Malayalam.
- Sales or customer support experience is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Age Limit: 32>.
Compensation
- Work From Home:
- ₹14,000 Fixed Salary
- Up to ₹30,000 Performance Bonus
- Work From Office:
- ₹25,000 Fixed Salary
- Up to ₹30,000 Performance Bonus
