About the Role

• Gain valuable political experience and help elect Democratic pro-choice women up and down the ticket.
• Offer internships during the spring, summer, and fall semesters in all departments.
• Interns have the opportunity to do substantive work while gaining in-depth experience in the political sector.
• Participate in Lunch and Learn sessions to hear from varying levels of staff, learn about their professional history, and gain deeper knowledge about how all departments at EMILYs List work.
• Attend the signature Change the World training to equip interns with skills for beginning a career in campaigns.

Details

• Interns are paid at a rate of $18.40 per hour.
• Interns have the flexibility to opt for a fully remote or hybrid internship experience.
• Hybrid interns will mutually agree on a weekly schedule for coming into the office with their respective supervisor.
• The internship application deadline is November 6, 2026.
• Applications will begin reviewing in November.

Requirements

• Applicants must be physically present in the US for the duration of the program.
• Interns must be available to work between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm EST.
• Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
• Interns must commit to staying on board for 10 consecutive weeks.
