About the Role

This role involves supporting project managers in executing project tasks throughout the entire project lifecycle, from identifying investment opportunities to post-construction handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing project subtasks under the supervision of project managers.
• Managing client communication for condominium developments, recording client modifications, and coordinating with designers, contractors, and sales representatives.
• Organizing and participating in cooperation meetings, and preparing minutes.
• Creating, analyzing, and continuously monitoring financial and technical schedules.
• Supporting the work of senior project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or Architecture.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Solution-oriented, proactive personality.
• Systemic thinking, structured mindset.
• Reliability, responsibility.
• Good stress tolerance.
