About the Role

• Staff augmentation role for Semarchy xDM developers.
• Requires experience with multiple domain implementations.
• Ideal candidates have worked with several other clients in a similar capacity.
• Duration: 6 Months (potential for extension based on performance).
• Work Time Zone: US EST HRS (approx. 06:30/07:30 PM IST to 03:30/04:30 AM IST).
• Requires 1-2 hours of overlap with US working hours for requirements and question sharing. Full US hours coverage is not required.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiner to not more than 30 days (negotiable).

Key Responsibilities

Data Model Development

• Design and extend Semarchy xDM data models.
• Configure entities, attributes, relationships, hierarchies, and business rules.
• Support implementation of new master data domains.
• Enhance existing master data models.

Workflow Development

• Design and configure data stewardship workflows.
• Develop workflow rules, validation checkpoints, approvals, and notifications.
• Support optimization of existing stewardship processes.

User Interface Configuration

• Configure and enhance Semarchy xDM user interfaces.
• Improve usability of business stewardship experiences.
• Support business-specific workflow and screen customization.

Data Quality Rule Development

• Design and implement validation rules.
• Configure enrichment processes.
• Develop and maintain business-controlled data quality standards.
• Support remediation of data quality issues.

Data Governance Enablement

• Support stewardship processes.
• Assist with governance implementation activities.
• Participate in issue resolution and root cause analysis.

Application Support

• Resolve production issues.
• Troubleshoot application defects.
• Support deployment and release activities.
• Assist with performance tuning and optimization.
