About the Role

Full-time, on-site role based in Raipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Perform statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Maintain ledgers.
• Manage direct and indirect tax filings.
• Support audits.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and professional standards.
• Analyze financial data.
• Prepare reports for management.
• Provide guidance on cost control, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to address financial queries.
• Support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Accounting software
• MS Excel (spreadsheets, financial models, reporting tools)

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with valid membership.
• Strong core accounting skills:
• Financial statement preparation
• General ledger management
• Account reconciliation
• Knowledge of taxation and compliance:
• Direct and indirect taxes
• Returns filing
• Understanding of relevant Indian financial regulations
• Experience with audit and assurance activities:
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Preparing necessary documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Relevant experience in practice or industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with working in or supporting small businesses, CA firms, or professional services environments is an advantage.
