Location: Remote (USA) or Cambridge, MA, USA
The Role
As an Outbound BDR, you will be a key contributor to HubSpot’s growth engine. You will be the initial point of contact for prospective customers, initiating conversations through strategic outreach, identifying pain points, and qualifying leads. You will collaborate with Account Executives to secure high-quality meetings that drive pipeline, impact, and revenue, while sharpening your sales skills within a world-class sales organization.

- OTE (On-Target Earnings): $76,800 annually
Salary and commission increase with each promotion.

- Coast; we move fast, test, iterate, and compete.
