Join INTEGRIS Health Edmond, OK, as a full-time Environmental Services Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a clean and sanitary environment within the facility.
- Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate.
- Perform general cleaning functions in assigned areas according to established procedures and schedules.
- Report all needed project work to supervisor, including equipment failures and supply needs.
- Keep equipment, housekeeping closet, and/or storage area clean and stocked.
- Mix and maintain cleaning solutions.
- Assist in orientation and on-the-job training of new employees.
- May fill and push and pull trash/linen carts.
Qualifications
- Work experience is preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
- Potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Must follow standard precautions.
- This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
