Store Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain stores within your district.
• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Deliver a standout customer experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Work both independently and on a team to rent self-storage units.
• Sell store merchandise.
• Manage the leasing process.
• Accept payments utilizing our Point-of-Sale System (POS).
• Complete daily bank deposits.
• Make courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
• Perform daily walks of the property.
• Clean units and store grounds.
• Open and close storage doors (up to 50 lbs.).
• Maintain the facility, including mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, and cleaning out storage units.
• Keep a clean and safe storage facility to ensure conditions meet company guidelines (e.g., clean restrooms, neat landscaping and parking areas, clean storage doors, neat office space).

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with a strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Physical requirements include the ability to frequently stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.
