About the Role
Tavaro Resorts is seeking a Resort Venue Sales Executive to join their team in Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana. This role involves building client relationships, hosting site visits, and converting inquiries into confirmed venue bookings for celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Venue Tours & Guest Experience
- Welcome prospective clients and conduct tours of the resort’s event venues.
- Showcase event spaces, lawns, facilities, and accommodation.
- Understand client event needs and recommend suitable venue options.
- Provide a warm, professional, and premium guest experience.
- Venue Sales & Client Relationships
- Manage inquiries received through calls, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand event requirements, preferred dates, guest count, and budget.
- Prepare and present venue proposals, quotations, and packages.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed venue bookings.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, event managers, and corporate clients.
- Lead Management & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate booking documents, advance payments, and client requirements.
- Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed bookings to the operations team.
- Work towards sales targets and improve inquiry-to-booking conversion.

- Sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive approach and consistent follow-up habits.
- Attention to detail, accountability, and a results-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools and sales documentation.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead tracking, or sales pipeline management is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience in resort venue sales, wedding sales, event venues, or hospitality is preferred.
