About the Role

Intellipaat is a leading global online professional training provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Calling leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements for career up-skilling.
• Pitching the right course as per customer needs.
• Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
• Maintaining all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Managing all pre-sales to post-sales support activities for assigned leads.
• Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects.
• Understanding customer requirements in the assigned geography.
• Providing input for future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Decent exposure working with any CRM like Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
• Excellent spoken and verbal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.
• Work is purely Work from Office.

Qualifications

• Any stream except B.Tech and BA.

Working Hours: Total 9 Hours Including 1 Hour Break (8 productive hours)

Compensation: First 6 Months (Internship/Training Period): ₹25,000/- fixed salary per month + performance-based incentives. Post Completion of 6 Months: CTC will be revised to ₹8 LPA (₹4.2 LPA Fixed, ₹3.8 LPA Variable).

Note: First month's salary will be released with the fourth month's salary for retention.

No agreement, bond, or contract will be taken. Notice period required for leaving.

Leaves provided only for final examinations.
