About the Role
This is a learning-intensive, entry-level position within the overseas education industry. You will work closely with Senior Counsellors and receive comprehensive training on university systems, course selection, admissions, and student profiling. Structured training and frequent assessments will be provided. This role is for individuals genuinely interested in student counselling as a career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Counsellors in university and course research across European destinations.
- Support student profile understanding and documentation under senior guidance.
- Learn and gradually handle parts of the counselling process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and clear periodic assessments.
- Contribute to student engagement activities and team initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Serious interest in student counselling and a readiness to be trained in the abroad education field.
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written) for daily interaction with students and parents.
- Willingness to learn new processes and be assessed regularly.
- Openness to feedback and the discipline to act on it.
- Strong team player who works well under senior guidance.
- Any degree is acceptable.
- Added advantage if you know any other languages apart from Tamil and English.

Work Details
- Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
- Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
- Working Days: Monday - Friday (10 AM to 6 PM), Saturdays (10 AM to 4 PM)
