Data Coordinator Training and Development Program
- Partnership with the Medpace Data Management Training & Development (T&D) team.
- Develops individuals new to the industry and supports those with experience.
- Encourages team training with opportunities for one-on-one interaction with a T&D member.
- Includes:
- Online training modules with interactive exercises.
- T&D led workshops on Data Management processes and industry acronyms.
- Opportunities to join other new professionals in department training courses.
- Direct support from a T&D team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate entry database designs.
- Report metrics and data trends on projects.
- Identify data conflicts and issues on projects.
- Work with personnel from global research sites to resolve data conflicts.
- Reconcile data from multiple sources.
- Create and update study documentation on projects.
- Participate as part of a team on various projects.
Requirements & Tech Stack

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Science or related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Previous experience working with research and statistical data is preferred, ideally in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.
