About the Role
Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team at Sam's Club, where you'll play an important role in the operations and sanitary conditions of our fresh food departments. You will stock shelves, maintain product quality, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring high-quality products are taken care of and available for members.
- Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
- Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
- Maintaining safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintaining the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Providing Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing Deli products, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services.
- Following Company policies and procedures related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including complying with food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, following Cold Chain procedures, and cleaning the freezer/cooler/deli area.

Qualifications
