Certified Medical Assistant, Spanish

Job Details

• Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)
• Shift Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
• Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain recent vital sign readings from patient-owned devices (glucose meters, pulse oximeters).
• Guide patients in checking blood pressure, temperature, weight, or heart rate if they have home monitoring equipment.
• Document the chief complaint and current symptoms in the EHR before the provider's consultation.
• Collect and update patient information, including medical history, medications, allergies, and recent treatments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant in a remote or clinical setting.

Certifications

• Any healthcare-related certification is required, such as CMA, CCMA, CNA, RMA, or equivalent.
