IT Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

Dots is seeking a motivated IT Logistics Coordinator to join their Operations team. This role involves managing the day-to-day lifecycle of IT equipment across a global warehouse network. The coordinator will be responsible for tasks such as coordinating onboarding and offboarding operations, warehouse activities, device retrievals, data wiping requests, inventory movements, and customer communications, ensuring timely and accurate order completion. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operational lifecycle of IT equipment orders from creation through completion.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding requests for employees globally.
• Work closely with global warehouse partners to coordinate receiving, shipping, storage, inspections, and inventory movements.
• Manage device retrievals and data wiping requests, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Track orders, monitor progress, and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status, deliveries, returns, and warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational records across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Procurement, Finance, Product, and other Operations teams for smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and customer experience.
