About the Role
- Full-Time position at BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care in Montgomery, OH.
- Pay: $14-18/hour.
- No evenings or weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children, according to NAEYC guidelines.
- Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years.
- Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
- Decorate inside and outside of classrooms as needed.
- Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment that permits children to grow and explore.
- Interact with children to encourage their involvement in activities.
- Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized.
- Ability to work within regular operating hours.
- Must meet state criteria for child care employment.
