HR Admin

About the Role

We're looking for an HR Admin who's early in their career but already thinks like an owner, organized, detail-obsessed, and genuinely excited about building a career in HR. You'll be the operational backbone of our people function, supporting day-to-day HR operations, hiring, and documentation across a lean, fast-moving global team. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to grow into a well-rounded HR professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR operations and administrative workflows
• Support the recruitment cycle: sourcing, coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-ups.
• Maintain employee documents end-to-end: offer letters, contracts, onboarding paperwork, personnel files, and records.
• Track and manage company expense invoices, reimbursements, vendor payments, and expense records.
• Maintain and improve operational trackers (hiring pipeline, employee data, leave records)
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with founders and team leads in short feedback loops

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Comfort with tools like Google Workspace / Excel or Sheets
• Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to work smarter and faster
• A process-builder mindset: you enjoy creating structure, not just following it
• Startup Mindset: You're adaptable, proactive, and enjoy the fast-paced, iterative environment of startups

Qualifications

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative operations
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR / Business / Psychology preferred)
