About the Role

The role holder is responsible for manning production activity in the shop floor by achieving production targets in line with HAP and Quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove bottlenecks in the shop floor that hinder production.
• Ensure shop floor personnel follow all organizational norms and regulations.
• Execute production planning effectively to achieve targets at minimum cost.
• Calculate Product losses and Packing Material losses daily and implement methods to prevent them.
• Identify the root cause of issues and suggest preventive measures to eradicate their occurrence.
• Ensure the safety of individuals by training them to follow MSDS, proper chemical handling, and emergency procedures (e.g., fire).
• Verify the cleaning schedule daily before production commencement.
• Ensure all production employees wear appropriate PPE and follow personal hygiene procedures as per HAP standards.
• Maintain a clean and tidy factory environment abiding by GMP standards at all times.
• Maintain stock through SAP entry, ensuring no difference between physical and book stock.
• Prepare and present reports to the immediate manager.

• Quality: To ensure produced goods are as per HAP standard.
• HR: For manpower allocation on a shift basis.
• Maintenance: Coordination for breakdown issues and maintenance-related activities.
• Logistics: To plan and dispatch finished goods.

Qualifications

• DME, B.E, or Any degree.
• 0 - 5 years of relevant experience.
