Job Description
- Coordinate with clients for scheduling Sample collection.
- Database Management.
- Follow up with internal Team Members.
- Client Management.
- Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email.
- Ensure that all valid customer concerns are dealt with immediately.
